Anyone have any recomendations on an OTC appetite suppresant that does NOT stimulate the nervous system (ie. the ECA stack), something that can be taken in the evening.
thanks, doug

Damn that's a good one1 I have never wanted to suppress my appetite. But to avoid cravings and foraging through the fridge I usually drink a large amount of water. It fills me up and I don't want anything after that. Or I make a protein drink and have that. About ten minutes later I'm full!

What about the ECA and eating the prescribed diet throughout the day along w/enough carbs from veggies along with the protien and EFA for your last meal before bed...Don't know, but it puts me to sleep and gets me lean.
guess i'm being a real baby about it, trying to shed a few pounds but sometimes i struggle with getting hungry at night and i know it sometimes offsets everything i do in the daytime...lookin' for a crutch...

the thing about the water is i already have a small bladder and get up at least 2-4 times a night to take a leak so my sleep get's interrupted, i try not to drink too much in the evening which can be hard since I work outside each day down here in Florida and I do a lot of sweating.
