Hello, i spoke with @luki7788 and we decided to make an ENGLISH QNA on youtube for you guys! You can list your questions here in coments below and we gonna aswer 10 best questions per episode. Remeber to ask short and certain questions, we don't wanna turn this into a youtube consultation :D. Everything regarding bodybuilding, diet, training, peds, peptides, side injections, cardio etc.
 
How do you get clients to handle high doses without feeling "toxic"- lack of appetite, low energy, lethargy, etc?

Dose this involve titrating the dosages up slowly and then staying there for longer periods?
 
1. Orals in the off-season vs prep
2. GDA’s, Metformin and Jardiance
3. How can bodybuilders use lantus correctly

I know his answers to all of these topics, but I think others would find them very intriguing as he can explain the “why” very well.
 
What health supplements do you recommend?
 
With so much debate and mixed opinions on “what the pros do”

from your experience with clients/people you know

What are super heavyweight competitors doing for the most part in regards to gear usage (genetic freaks aside)

What dosages & compounds are they running

What does a cycle look like across a year with blasts/cruises etc

How long doing these practices does it take to get to the stage where you can back off the gas slightly (say taking a competitor from a stage weight of 100kg - 120kg)

I realise a million variables but just averages from experience etc

Thoughts or conclusions (if you have formed them yet) on test/eq vs test/primo?

I know Luki started using primo over eq and I would like to know his thoughts at this moment in regards to which he prefers and why, how bloods look on each vs the other, and results on each vs the other. This can include just his personal experience or his personal experience and that of his clients as well.
 
Opinion on Overtraining with volume and frequency. Many Oxygen bodybuilders were training every muscle twice a weak and were growing fine, while guys like Dorian think you can't be intense and train the muscle more than once a weak and grow efficiently.

I mean Luki basically talks about this for 100 pages on his thread in the main section. “What do pros take” is the most asked question on here, on that is repeated over and over.

Aside from that, Luki is the fuckin man and I could just ask him this myself but…I would be interested in his opinion on when to call it quits? We know that the more genetically gifted u are, the less extremes u have to take. But for those without that genetic card, when do u say, “ok, this is enough. I’m done.” Obviously his subjective opinion. We know we can push dosages higher and higher, but is there a cap where “if u don’t look like this on this, u need a new hobby bud.”

I would like to hear training talk more than drug talk personally. I think it lends itself better to an actual verbal discussion where drugs and diet are are fine to just read on.

A training topic might be the difference in programming for someone in the 3-5 years of serious bodybuilding vs 10-15+ years.

I think a while back he made a video on bodbyuilding and genetics but it was in polish, it would be great if he could translate that to english

I would like to hear you breakdown the differences in European bodybuilding diets vs American and why you feel a particular diet is better than another. For example, I believe you said Europeans are more into high carb/high protein/low fat vs the American diet with more fat in it. I am going to experiment with a high carb/high protein/low fat diet approach, this bulk, because of your Q&A thread. btw I am an American Pole (both sides) haha. Always love your posts Luki

SEO would be an excellent topic for @luki7788 to discuss. I think his stance on it now may surprise many guys and provide a lot of insight.
 
Have you found a solution to orals causing appetite problems? I'm finding this happening deep into a cut now and it's getting me worried.

So ask the question, will not gonna disscussing whole training aspect as it would be a couple of hours seminar, not an answer.

What is your biggest regret when it comes to you bodybuilding journey? What was the most stupid thing you did?

Top 3 positive things you can do and/or Top 3 mistakes for an aspiring competitive bodybuilder.

When to increase doses (ie food first).

Things you would have done differently on your own journey with hindsight (not regret stuff but sub-optimalities that cost time/results/placing).
 
- Whats your opinion on HGH only on training days? (budget)
- From 1 gram of gear to 1.5 gram do you see alot of difference in terms of benefits x side effects ratios?
- Whats the best way you found to grow your clients that needs alot of weight in a class (training wise)
