My girlfriend and many ex's have very big sweet tooths.. Always craving junk food.. My girlfriend is trying to eat clean and loose about 5 lbs but always gives in to junk food at work or late at night.. She eats healthy throughout the day and goes to the gym consistently, but can't get over her cravings.. I don't know what to tell her, because its easy for me to ignore my cravings.. She brings healthy fats like almonds and fruits to work, but winds up eating a donought or cookies..
My motivation is because i live a bodybuilding lifestyle and don't want to look or feel like most of the people who eat junk food on a consistent basis.. She is not a bodybuilder, but is very health conscience..
So i was looking for some advice from the ladies about how you control or curb your junk food cravings?
