This is my last one and i am done for a while. I miss my junk food. Im not really expecting to place in a high level show like this (light heavies alone last yr had 20+ guys), but im gonna give it my best. I go every year to watch becuase its just an awesome run show and the expo is outstanding and everyone in the area in the fitness industry will b there. If i dont place, il get a great show to watch, have fun anyway, meet lots of pro's and people, get tons of free shit from the HUGE all day expo, and enjoy my vacation weekend.

thanks for the support.

woke up at 201 today this is my last day of depletion. thank god. then i start my gradual carb up. cant wait till its all over. been a tough year for me. ill see you at prejudging.
