Just wanna stop by and formally introduce my self, im the new guy here. I really like this board, has alot of good info, good bro's. I am like a sponge, i like to absorb knowledge, so please pardon me if i dont contribute info. as much as i will ask. I leave the advice to the pro's and experienced.
its boards like this one that teaches us right from wrong, through personal experience and research. I have never done anything, except that legal steroid creatine (its a joke, trying to break the ice) but i would like to in the future, and using this board as a tool to help do things right is priceless.
a little bit about myself, i started weight lifting in HS, since i work rotating shifts it took a toll on me and i have gained alot of fat over the years, im at about 20% BF, my major lifts as follow, bench 315, squat and deadlift 405, shoulder press 225, i think its pretty good for being natural. I have been stuck on those weights for 2 years and soon i will be looking to help me break that streak. Im 5'7 230 lbs and althogh high body fat my body looks proportianal, i'm not really concerned in losing alot of body fat maybe downt to low to mid teens, but would like to increase strength and grow in the right places.
