back from the arnold amateur!!

i just got back tonight from columbus and ended up placing 4th in the superheavy class. it went very well and i did pretty good for weighing in at 227 and the other 3 guys ahead of me were at least 20lbs heavier. i was very happy to just make the top 5 and move on to the finals on the main stage in the convention center. i wanted to thank DC for all the help this off season and up to the show. and also a big thanks to wylde for his precontest expertise- i couldnt have done it without you !! WYLDE- btw, i am gonna do the northern kentucky march 24 so i am eating tonight and little tomorrow then its back to the grind for a few more weeks. the LH won the overall but i really thought it should have been the heavy or superheavy to win it all but the LH did look good and he was from columbus and trained at world gym too (hmmmmm...politics haha j/k) lol

Yeah I was at the show and saw you in the SHW class... Congratzzz on the 4th..i was a bit shocked on the comp... and the over all winner.. How many people were in your class at pre j...? will you be doing it again next year..?

You looked good bro. You could probably use some size, or have made heavies as Phil suggested. My boy Nick won the supers. He was only 230 i believe. Not completly full, shoulda been closer to 240. Very tough show. The LHW had sick round genetics, he deserved it. Our guy Chris Neimczk was 3rd in LHW and watery. i laughed my ass off when at 7 at night he called me up to his room... i walked in the hotel room door n looked at his legs n busted out laughing after 2 burgers and 2 soda's haha. Probably would have won. Hes a white guy with those round black guy genetics and good calves (and is always carrying his luggage LMAO!).

TPFU-yeah, we just tried something different for this show to see how things would go. we are coming down to top of heavy class and extremely conditioned at the northern kentucky show. there is no way nick weighed only 230. i weighed in at 227. he was slightly taller as well. the 2nd place guy weighed in at 247 and nick was thicker than him.

Hes my boy i shit you not. I even asked his boys what he weighed in at before i saw Nick. 230 bro. He was very dry and sorta flat. He gets alot fuller than that. He will be 240 stage at the Metro in NY.
