You can believe this or not. I do not count cals, I do not weigh my food, I do not measure anything. Well almost anything. I do try to aim for 500+ gms protein per day. I am drinking most of my meals at the moment, consisting of Whey isolate, rolled oats, bananas and some nuts (almonds). Oh yes and the all so important LBA's 4-5 times daily. I mix these with water, in my liquid meals and before bed in a glass of water. Ok so far I am sitting on 122kgs now (268.5) So I have managed to drop 2 lbs in 10 days. But still leaning out and as I see it, growing. Strength is still increasing weekly. But as I have said before on this board. Too many people try to get too scientific with all of this. I am an instinctive type trainer and dieter. I listen to my body. As for supps, I take a good multi, flaxoil and vit B6 on top of my food. I do eat whole food 2-3 times p/day. Whole eggs, rice, pasta, chicken and tuna. As for other supps, well you guys would not believe me on that one either!! I train hard, work long hours and eat hard. Some would argue that I could do better............well I'm 48 and have a trophy for everytime I have stepped on stage..........................I am bigger now than I was 4 years ago. I have never stopped training. Some new pics will come out next week. JT, still no cardio man. You seriously need to get on these LBA's from Phil...........it is the next generation in supplementation......I'm deadly serious about this. I'll send you a PM shortly.
