Gidday peeps,
I am new here. I was ex bodybuilder for 6 years and been a professional Chef for 20 years. I had to change Chef jobs during my 6 years in the gym and the stress was killing me. So I gave it all up and lost alot of muscles.
I started Bodybuilding in January 2009 and changing my diet and doing 1 hour of Cardio's for 5-6 days. I have lost about 14 kilo's in 2 months which I am very happy.
I decided to do weights and cardio!! I love the pump and how I missed the good old pump days.
My stats are:
Age: 39
Weight: 313 pounds
Height 5'6
Bodyfat prolly around 35% or little less !
I love this forum and seen alot of transformation and changes which really have inspire me to do Bodybuilding again.
I am also on High protein and low carbs and my diet is very good for the last 2 months.
I have my own recipes if anyone would like some tips on cooking etc.
I looked forward meeting you on the forums !!
