Hi Bros

I know that your favorite bedtime meal is cottage cheese with peanut butter

since i do know both of them in my country i want to try to replace them with someting possible here.

"stager cheese with nut butter"

what can advise me about that ? can i eat them instead of your favorite meal

You may want to try a blended protein which will provide a fairly consistent release of protein for absorption over a longer period of time.

Uh my favorite bedtime meal is a full 4lb bag of plain m&m's......... everynight before bed washed down with a liter of mountain dew.
