right now im doing 2iu a day, im going to do this in the am b4 breakfast on off days , and pwo on wo days.................when i move up to 4ius, im going to do 4ius in morning on off days, and 2ius pre and 2ius post on wo days..........
is this a good plan? or should i maybe split the 4 into 2 morning 2 night on off days? .............i started just doing the 2 pre bed, but ive read so many conflicting things, some say its fine, others say it interferes with nightime pulse..............ive also read the myth your body only pulses gh while you sleep is bunk................so thats what ive come up with, let me know what ya think, im no expert here
