hands down the best time to be taking growth is at night if you’re running 5IU or less. This allows promotion of both the Hgh and natural GH levels to rise, while benefitting certain aminos to help burn fat and help with recovery. I think if you what to run a higher dose the best bank for your buck is going to napsgear and buying the gray tops or the blue tops when it comes to HGH. If you can buy in bulk this will get you a lot of it for a better price. I think it’s the best way to go to get a good long cycle with the GH plus I like to run IGF with it as well. It’s the ultimate bulk !!
 
Ive ran it AM and PM, now I stick with PM use. AM use for me was harder, as I would crash hard at mid day. HGH levels are typically highest in the morning and lowest at night, so works well for me.

I have always researched that you want to administer your GH when glucose is at its lowest. Typically this is first thing in the morning prior to any oral intake.
And I won’t lie, I have tried numerous methods. AM, PM, broken up throughout the day. AM works best for me, now we all respond differently and other factors such as age can play a part but if taking a reasonably low dose you should not experience extreme fatigue and have less issues in the AM. There are other factors of looking at your bodies natural release, timing… that can:should be considered but that said AM is best for me, also ensures my timing is consistent as most of us are addicts, we live for lifting and prefer a routine/regimen

Just an important note—clinical trials generally suggest that splitting the daily dosage into two doses provides better anabolic effects. This approach has also been shown to result in higher IGF-1 serum levels, as highlighted in the study referenced here:

I also cannot find or identify which is the best/correct time of the day to take GH, some benefits are good in the AM and some in the PM. I first started taking AM injections as that is what we thought to be the best time to take it. As time passed I tried switching to nights and it worked better for me, as I experience a drowsy condition hours after taking GH. I think its the users call.

I hear you Casey. I just started back up again at 3IU's in the morning. I actually had to take a nap today.
