Even though I have been a member here since 08 I have done very little posting. Thought I would throw up some pics for anyone who cares.

Some backround; Starting lifting weights in 1999, I weighed about 180lbs at 6"3 :(

Two years later I had gotten up to 220 natty and still looked bulemic. Looking back my training and diet was very poor. This is the first picture. I think I did my first cycle in 04 and I was still around 225. I frontloaded test at 750mg and then ran 500mg/week for 12 weeks. I ran winny the last 4 weeks and hated it. In the end, I gained about 25lbs while losing fat, made a unreal body comp change.

Fast forward to the second picture. This was at a weight of around 250lbs. Training really changed from BB to PL and strongman. Right now I am battleing a bulged disk that just does not want to heal. My long term goal is to get to 300lbs at under 15% BF and be cockstrong. It took over 10 years and multiple cycles for me to get to this size but I don't feel like anything was abuse. Other cycles have been very similar to that, usually around 500mgs test with one other item. I am dying to get healed up so I can run something crazy. Would love to try GH but have told myself that I would wait until I was 30. I'm almost there :)
