the one where im tan is friday night. dry 197.5 lb before i went to bed.....
the one where my color is lighter is sunday after the show and a shitlaod for 12 hr. there im 210 lb.
what do you think? and these are taken on a crappy cellphone camera.

The pictures are a little too large and close up, if you zoom it back about 50x we might be able to see and tell you. ;) :p

im not sure how to resize them, im not good on a computer.i carbed up on yams,potatoes,chicken and that was it.i was looking good friday night but felt a bit flat.

sunday shitloaded for about 12 hrs to see what happens and boom, looked 1000% better i thought. but just want some opinions on the shitloading.
the way i figure if a diuretic is used i shouldnt be able to hold water no matter what right? so hell eat and the hell w sodium depleting. i do feel i looked better at 210 than 197. but how to dryout and shitload is the question. any thoughts would be appreciated.

so why didnt you shitload before the show? i no longer use that term i prefer "the steakhouse effect" i have seen this a million times. i used this at collegiates in 00 made the cut at 197 and hit the stage at like 205 drier and more vascular, though i messed up alittle with seasoned curly fries. i learned that you have to keep seasoning to a minimum if you have been eatting bland for 4 months, gave me alittle bloat. woulda never happened if i wouldnt have finished my wifes meal, lol. i think alotta bodybuilders are to disciplined to be able to let themselves do this and there really missing out. ofcourse you should experiment with it alittle which isnt a problem if you stay ahead of schedule.

key components: steak, salad, rice/yam, fries (unseasoned), coconut shrimp, bread/butter, cheesecake, whatever is left from the wifes plate.

exactly if your to fat for a contest to begin with, forget about it, it will just make you look worse/fatter. anyways if your not lean enough you shouldnt be competing anyways, do everyone that has to sit thru the show a favor back out, lol.

I am a definite proponent of "the steakhouse effect" my steakhouse of choice after dieting hard for 18 weeks ( I know it takes me a long time to get lean, I'll admit I am a little too "fatty" in the offseason...I have been working on it..lol) is Outback....Here is what I ate before last years show:

house salad with ranch dressing on the side (only used enough for some taste)
12 ounce sirloin med-well
1 sweet potatoe w/ brown sugar and butter
Steamed veggies
2 loafes of their bread which kicks ass!!
1 Chocolate thunder from down under

Lucian, I have used this time and time again and works a treat. If the show is saturday, I go out sort of late friday night and find a good chinese rest. order the largest fried rice they have and hook in. saturday morning upon waking I start eating mars bars, usually about 6-8 of them. Then I do not eat anything after this until I get to the show, then it's a little carbs like potatoes, white ones and have a bag of jelly beans and some single shot bottles of scotch. In the pump up room start eating the jelly beans and have a shot or two of scotch and start pumping, make sure you have plenty of space in the room or you could bust through the walls as you fill out:D . But the fat and carbs the night before def. the way to go.

Like everyone else the first pic is too hard to see. The second pic has you looking nice and full and reasonably dry.

thanks for the advice guys, im planning on shit loading after the weigh ins and adding my oatmeal and pro drinks and white rice which seems to work well for me.
then in the morning having some chocolate and donutholes which is waht i did this weekend.
oldfella i will take your advice with the chocolate and jellybeans.
anyone ever use nutella? its a choc/pbutter spread.
again i appreciate the advice guys, it seems i should always listen to the gut instinct (no pun)
do you guys use diuretics? which do you think is better, aldactone or dyazide?
