Beginner Insulin Protocol?

Currently on T 400 a week and will fall back on my TRT protocol in 8 weeks.
Training for 20 years. Current program has me training 6 days a week.
Goals be in the best shape of my life at 40. Id like to put on 10-15lbs of muscle in the next 19 months and continue to push the envelope of strength while balancing my aesthetics.

I have read through the archives of ProMuscle extensively for the last couple months on the do's and don's of inulin use.
Im going to start slow because I've seen that recommended over and over again. The following is the intended plan pending any course corrections.

1. 3ius pre with 50 carbs
2. 3ius post with Post shake 50 Pro 50 carbs. Wait an hour and eat a heavy protein meal with at least 100 Carbs.
3. Will have glucose tabs on hand.
 
well, the dosages seem very very moderate, but the amount of carbs also seems low.
Don't have any hgh to match?
 
I don't have any HGH.

Im starting low so I can track my insulin response. Aiming to keep it between 110-130

My justification for my carb intake was to let my carbs dictate my how much insulin I take so ensuring that I have at least 10g of Carbs per iu of insulin.

In my opinion, this is not a Beginner’s question. Reason: out of every hormone, this is THE only one that will kill you in a single use. I urge you/everyone care, as you are taking advice from those who don’t know you, your system, nor your habits.

Do you really need it? That’s my point
