Metroflex is in Arlington and its a piece of shit gym. Its cool to train there once and thats it. Dirty as shit. Everything is broken or half ass works.
I've actually not been but my brothers always liked Jakked Hardcore when they had to be up chicago way (no one in their right mind lives in that commie paradise obviously)
Nope, but lived in Arlington for a time JUST to train at that gym, and I've been to gyms across the country. Nothing comes close. Even equipment wise Brian has hand picked over decades most of the pieces in there are there aren't better versions. The king hack squat? Best there is. Nebula Leg press? Best there is. Nautilus chain driven leg extension? Best there is....the list goes on.
Ended up just hitting a LVAC when I was in Vegas. They are open 24hrs a day and i needed an early one. Lift Factory opened at 9am and i had shit to do that day haha.
Nice atmosphere though. HUGE lifting room with just about any hammer strength or hoist or any piece you could want.
Definitely liked it. Vegas definitely has a BBer friendly atmosphere as ALOT of the corporate gyms have huge weight room facilities. LA has shit.

I used the King Hack Squat in the early 2000s. I think Nebula and Flex made better Hacks. I like King's stuff, though. They had some interesting pieces.
