Some guys say first thing in the morning about 1h before breakfast but a lot pin in the evenings.

What is the best time of the day to take your GH and why?
 
i take it first thing in morning, then eat breakfast around 30 min later, then post workout. I dont recommend injecting at nite or close to bed time, so u can utilize your own gh that your body makes, it might not be much, but its something. The more stable your blood is during a 24hour period with gh the better your gains. So basically u will have 3 bursts in a 24hr period.
 
Im a morning person to...then eat 30-45 mins later...
 
There are lots of different theories out there. With everyone having articles and personal experience to support there theory, and having personally tried nearly all of them, I finally just started being as random as possible. One week I might do 5iu ed. One week I might do 2 10iu doses. Another week I might do 3iu twice a day 5 on 2 off. I just wing it and am a little more liberal with it when I have more. As soon as i started doing it like this I actually started having better results. Call me crazy.

Explain what you mean by saying that the more stable your blood is during a 24 hour period with gh the better your gains because hyperplasia happens when there are high igf levels in your body which results from taking a high dose of gh along with slin.
 
I have tired 3 variations: First thing in the morning, Before Bed, and PWO.
I prefer PWO out of all three, and first thing in the morning as a second choice. Before bed if I didn't have the opportunity during the day to use the other 2 choices.
 
GH Pin

Dat has made it very clear that GH does not require an empty stomach. My extremely limited experience is to dose it 1/2 hour after the peptides just prior to bed. AM dosing makes me tired all day. Do others experience fatigue from AM dosing?
 
AM dosing has me very lean without concern of diet, no fatigue experienced.
 
If you were going to to 4 iu's a day is it better to do 4 iu or 2 iu. 2x a day. For example 4 iu's in the morning or 2iu's morning and 2 iu post work out...
 
I reckon it depends on your personal preference but a lot of guys do prefer to split it up!
 
Early morning injections for non workout days.
Post work out injections for a great nights sleep.
I've been on steady for a year and have fine tuned this pattern to my liking.
 
You want peak IGF levels from GH to be present post workout. If you inject sc it will take around 6 hours to reach peak levles of IGF in the body. If you shoot IM it will be a shoter 4 hours for the growth hormon to convert to max IGF levles. Somthing to think about.

Then would there be more benefit from doing the GH shot PRE-workout rather than post workout..

So igf levels build better?

Then again if GH is used in good dosages and consistently, IGF will be raised irregardless every day
 
true GH doesnt matter if you are full or not in terms of loss of 'effect' but depends on which effect from what ive read

empty stomach GH a little cardio and fast as long as you can,,,,fat loss

GH and slin and eat your ass off,,,mass

AAS can do all that too,,,something to think about lol
 
I have the best results with 10 iu am ED and 10 iu after training , both IM
 
wow.. you have taken this one from the dead, its 3 YEARS old!!

anyway my theory is to take it before bedtime, because that is the time its been naturally produced. The supression theory is probably bull****, because GH has a short half-life, but IGF1 not and it is supressing the natural GH release aswell.

Also taking it before bed could reduce the risk of being diabetic, because while asleep you dont eat usually, thus not increasing slin production and resistance

all theory so far with no backup, but I probably will be taking it that way soon when I will get hold on my GH

Synthetic GH will peak 2-3 hours after pinning and post-workout it's the best IMO because of recovery. Especially if your using insulin as a per-workout because then both are synthetic and won't mess with one another.

If one is doing high dosages then they can split it to before workout and before bed.
