Hey everyone! First time posting here. Quick into:
32 years old
Competing next week and again in 4 weeks.
Then next show won't be until November 2015.
So, that gives me about a year to bulk up before going into contest prep mode again. I want to take some time off of gear from my current prep (12 weeks at least) and then start bulking.
Question is, would it be better to do one bigger bulking cycle then take some time off and get into prep mode or would it be better to do two smaller cycles?
Just trying to maximize my gains this off season and plan ahead.
