I started training in Oct 1989. I was 129lbs (57kg). Same height as now. Before my break from gym, my usual offseason weight is 280lbs (127kg).
"You have a very complete fysiek . I'm wondering how your legs and chest look like." Chest is in proportion with the back/shoulders, etc. Legs are my best bodypart.
"What protecters do you use for liver and kidney, testicles?"
Liver - Synthergine, testicles - HCG during cycle and clomid after. Kidneys - LOTS of water.
"Is 2 g test a week + 1 g deca + hgh and insuline enough."

I am natural now so I am quite mellow
"And how many hours do you train a day?"
One hour a day, 3 days a week off season. 2 hours a day plus 1/2hour cardio, 6 days a week pre comp.
