Update-
Tanned BigB up this morning, he was the best conditioned and most muscular at the pre-judging way harder and drier than any of the others, posing let him down a bit but if its bodybuilding being judged he was definitely the best from that perspective.
Couldnt make the night show so just waiting on a text and I will post the results.

RESULTS-

Big B won his class, that was inevitable but a big congratulations nevertheless, he came second in the overall to a guy who was very smooth and who I did not even think was in the running.
If B sharpens up his presentation he could do serious damage at the British Finals (if he enters)

In your latest photos you looked great! Super wide back bro. Did you end up doing Zero carbs any, I know you mentioned it earlier in your post just curious.

Big B, you mentioned no carbs and lots of cardio.. Are you taking in any PWO carbs?

Right now I don't consume more than 20 carbs in my regular meals. . But my pre- and post- wo shakes have 40g of carbs each, from Waxy Maize.. I don't know if I should cut out the carbs..

Thankyou all for your support, sorry for not being on Board. I have been trew allot of personal shit since the show and sorry for not posting sooner. But its all in the past now. As FP has said I won my class and came second overall. I want to thank you all for your support along the way, If it were not for this board and the information and support I have recived here I would not be sitting with my first place trophy in front of me.

FP, thankyou for your support on the day. I want to tell the board FP is one solid Bro and was there for me all trew the pre judging and I want to let you all know he is one good guy apart from ringing me when I was stuck in heavy trafic and road works and making me panic and take my viagra to early and I have not forgot about the 3 heaped scoops of No-Xplode you gave me before trowing me on stage, when I told you 2 levle scoops. LOL Only joking about the panic, FP done his best he was worried that I was late so he rang me to say the show had started and was have way trew the first timers and he went to the promotor and told him, that I was on route but stuct in road works. What he did not tell me was there was a million first timers and a billion novices, so I made it on time. That day I seen a different side of FP and I have the uttermost(sp) respect for him. Thankyou buddy. But back to me,

I got the condition I wanted but droped allot of muscle to get there and still was the biggest guy on stage but I gave the judges what they wanted. So if I can get that conditition and keep the size and sort out my posing I will be one happy camper. I can not thankyou all enough for your support you all gave me on the fourms and pms.

Wont be doing the British finals, after a 22 week deit. I am going to take it easy.

Had a little break, a bit of junk but mostly pretty clean started back training today, went for jog done some light weights and hit the heavy bag for a bit. After 22 week deit easing back into it.

Thanks BB I was glad I could impart my experience of lots of shows both competing and helping others backstage just a pity I could not step on stage with your size, sorry for freaking you out when you were late I just did not want you to miss your chance to show off your 20 weeks of dieting, as for the 3 no xplode I would do that again only next time it will be 5 scoops

Next step is the British finals for you hopefully, there is nobody has the leg development you have in Class 2 and few with the upper body thickness so Class 2 could easily be yours, plus one of the favourites is banned from NABBA at present and cant do the show. Hope everyone pitches in and helps me convince you to do it if you are undecided. I honestly believe you are a major contender with a bit of refinement of presentation, how many of us would like to say that all we needed to work on to win a national title was our posing?

You did yourself proud and I would always go for the conditioned bodybuilder at the show and you were the only Mr. competitor who had condition, in the past 6 years there has not been such a badly conditioned overall winner. Yes he was densely muscled but so were you, you had separation and striations he had full muscles but a wet look.
