I stood about 2 feet away from Jay at Golds in Venice a few months ago while he was doing Shoulders/Arms and the guy is wide as hell. His arms are quite a bit bigger than most pics due justice to them as well. He's a nice guy and was pretty cool. I think if he focuses on conditioning this year at the O no one will be able to beat him.

haha i totally agree. I prefer the look of wolfe, heath, martinez, etc. over jay anyway, and thought wolfe and vic shoulda beat him at olympia, but i would still give my left nut to look like that. no question haha.

Was that at the bodybuilding.com expo in Boise?? I think it was and I was there...He looked pretty good...he was sweating like crazy though....and it wasnt hot in there at all. That was a good expo

I gotta say im a Jay fan as well. The guy works out at the gold i work out at every day. I see him and he is always nice to everyone, says hi, bullshits with the people around him, even though they are annoying and interrupt his workouts. He says hi to me when we are next to each other so i gotta say, im a fan.

I'm a Jay fan also and have voted for him at several top shows in the past. He is a tremendous representative for our sport to the general public. We need that for wider acceptance of our sport.

HOWEVER, I think WOLF will win this year!

Phil's the fucking man. I like Jay as an ambassador of the sport, he is always pretty honest and helpful and enjoys his time in the light without being a cocky prick about it. I'm a Heath fan lately, I like what that dude is doing.. He sort of burst on and seems to be moving up at a good pace.

i say that because anytime the subject comes up, alot of people on this board bash jay. reade some previous threads about the olympia and you will see what i mean.
