In the avatar I was at a guest pose and lost heap size due to being not well I was 121-122kg or 266 pound, had a guest posse but stay lean all year round can't afford to put on any fat these days health wise while trying to not get to small muscle wise

I dont know how you do it. Pure dedication is all i can say. I dieted for my first show, was not as lean as you, and blew up after. 20 weeks of dieting made me miserable. Man you look crazy!! great work.
