Ok, so I officially started my off-season on the 20th of December, now it's time to grow and focus on next year Nationals. Going to be off-season until the 6th of March 2010. Here's a picture of what I looked like this past Sunday.

LATS, you're right about the little time in the off-season, but that is with the possibility of doing the USA next year. I'm still debating.

Training is 3 days on, 1 day off. Hitting for example if we started Monday as follows;

Monday: Chest

Tuesday: Arms

Wed: Quads/Calves

Thursday : Off

Friday: Shoulders/Traps

Saturday: Back

Sunday: Hamstrings/Calves

Monday: Off

and so on, I like this program as I never hit the same body part on a specific date.

I'm still doing about 3 clean meals during the day, for a total of 5 to 6 meals a day. My clean meals are larger that pre-contest, so for example if pre-contes I was having a 5oz chicken boob, then now I'm doing 8oz. My oatmeal min the morning instead of 1/2 a cup, now it's 3/4 of a cup, adding peanut butter, craisins, and a banana. Little adjustments on the clean food, the rest of the day is not to bad either, just larger meals. I counted aroun 4500 calories a day.

Ok, so weighed myself last night and I'm maintaining 190lbs so far, I'm shooting for 200lbs by end of the month if possible, at least 195lbs would be good too, here's a pic of weight!

Your physiqe speaks for itself. I really would not focus so much on the scale but how you look. This is a better indicator of what you are gaining. With a frame like yours you can put some serious beef on there. You have great shape, good full muscle bellies, symmetry is good, just focus on lean mass and not weight. I think this would put you under less stress worrying about weight and be able to grow. We all know that stressing about weight interferes with your growth. Just pack it on bro and do not worry about the damn scale. Looking good!!!:D
