I am getting a blood test in one week, and wanted my values to not be skewed by my training or protein intake, so I was wondering what is necessary to get the values checked correctly, ie. not training for 2 days before the test, lowering food or protein intake, etc. Any help is appreciated, and if this was mentioned before please foward me to find the info. Thanks
