Ok I have some elevated liver enzyme values do they look concerning elevated to anyone or just a little? Also my progesterone is a high. Anyone else have high progesterone issues? Also pituitary gland doesn’t seem to be making anything as FSH igf and other related markets are down. Thoughts advise concerns?

I'd be most worried about that Hematocrit. That's getting pretty high especially if you haven't been tested for clotting disorders. I'd get in soon to dump some blood.

When using exogenous testosterone your Lh and Fsh will be very low, it’s normal.

Mine has basically been .1 for both for over 10 years since I started TRT. Very normal.

What was the reference range for progesterone? Are you currently taking DHEA? That's a great level of DHEA and could be the reason why your progesterone is high. I assume you're on an AI since your estrogen is on the low side.

IGF is pretty low. I'd get on 1iu of gh or growth hormone releasing peptides.

Lastly, I would not donate blood personally. Hemoglobin and RBC numbers aren't bad and there isn't strong evidence it'll cause any issues on testosterone anyway. Not to mention it's important to know your iron and ferritin numbers first.

So you don`t worry about you total test is over 1900. Also I would have a test to see if any tumor on pituitary gland.

Your liver enzymes are probably high because your hematocrit is high. Donate blood and they’ll probably all go down.

While those are out of range I really wouldnt call them high.
