New Bloodwork

Hey everyone, Triathlete here. I recently had some bloodwork done, and everything seems okay to me. This were the results:

1699655017047.png 1699655033547.png
1699655049117.png
1699655068926.png 1699655084175.png 1699655106172.png 1699655126947.png

This bloodwork was conducted in week 6 of an 8-week cycle involving:

250mg test E per week.
Tbol 25mg/day (weeks 1-6)
Tbol 40mg/day (weeks 7-8)
Glutathione Injection 200mg EOD.
L-Carnitine Injection 100mg ED. (this is just so the glutathione injection doesn't hurt like a bitch)

Please remember to consider that I am a triathlete and only train for this specific sport. I lift x2 a week and do triathlon sessions x8 a week. Despite the bloodwork looking okay; I am a little bit concerned because my libido is shit. I laterally don't feel the desire to have sex or even j*rk *ff lol. I cannot think of anything that might be causing this. My test and free test are high, my estrogen is withing reasonable limits, no acne. Do you guys have any suggestions on what might be causing this? Maybe the intense training? Stress? I just have never felt like this. Do you guys think I need to get my SHBG or Prolactin tested?

I appreciate any advice and your time!

I wouldn’t call a cardiac CRP of 15.35 good by any means. You’re outside the top end of the range.

You either have some infection going on or extremely high inflammation in your blood from training and gear. I would expect that number to be close to 0 while using injectable glutathione and carnitine.

I’d start there as based on your numbers you shouldn’t have any test or estrogen issues based on the above numbers.

Do you think that somehow is affecting my libido?

I was reading online that high CRP levels was normal for the intensity of training I am doing. I have bloodwork from 08/12th/23, before I started training so hard, and CRP was at 4.5. I was assuming maybe the increase was due to the training intensity. Should I just lower intensity? I do not feel any symptoms of any infections, plus I would hope my CBC would show elevated markers as well.

On the CRP. Are using Pharma grade test or UGL? If UGL, what is the carrier oil?

They do- you have high RBC and hematocrit. Thickened blood and often paired with inflammation as it can be signs of iron misplaced.

You also have high albumin which is common with dehydration.

Having a cardiac CRP of 1-3 for a short period of time is one thing. Having it over 15 for long periods of time with low HDL (which you have somewhat) can be a fast track to CAD.

You could throw in some cialis for libido and test the other items mentioned. But I would focus on getting hydrated and that CRP down to 0 if you can and keeping it there.

It’s UGL, It’s supposed to be MCT oil. Which one is better?

I have to say that sometimes I can feel some swelling in the injected area but it goes away in a day or two

I appreciate your contribution! What do you mean by “iron misplaced”?

One thing I forgot to mention, is that this bloodwork was taken after an intense swimming session. But I am not sure if that would affect CRP that much. What do you recommend to reduce CRP?

I have thought about Cialis but I don’t want to be dependent on it. It just seems strange to me because I did a test E + Var cycle few months ago and I was horny all the time. It was crazy, now I feel like I can’t even get an erection 😭

This is why you should discuss these with your doctor. But iron can store run side the tissue and not circulate in the blood and throw markers off.

Hydration as I said would be the biggest thing I’d focus on. But also- it could be your body doesn’t respond to tbol like anavar since that was the change. There could be so many more factors at play when it comes to libido. But cialis has far more benefits than libido and can improve artery health. Cracks me up when guys don’t want to take it, yet run gear.

On CRP an over 15 CRP is extremely high. I wouldn’t suspect swimming to put it that high. But run it again in a week or two and find out.

Find a good functional doctor or coach to help you with these items as it’s important in the long haul.

CRP 15 is not a high CRP at all - this factor can increase very much due to small things - during the intestinal flu I had CRP 75 and 10 days later it was already at the level of 1.4 - CRP is very high and even a toothache or a small post-injection inflammation may increase them significantly

A more reliable parameter is the "passive reaction", I don't know what it's called in English, but in Poland it is - "odczyn Biernackiego"

His blood work provider makes it look like HSCRP as they’re calling it cardiac CRP instead and giving it the same ranges if you look that HS CRP has.

If it was regular CRP I would completely agree. But if it’s HSCRP as I believe it looks to be than that’s extremely high.

Either way CRP can fluctuate so much, my issue is when it stays chronically high and not just acute. Would be worth the OP getting clarity for sure. 😊
