Its too bad about his illness cuttin his career short. He is one of my favorite bodybuilders now/then. Super huge size upper and lower, lean as hell(look at his freakin abs/intercostals, and DRY condition. i loved to see him when he competed!

everyone has their own individual idea of a perfect physique and to this day i still say if i could morph together ... francois, shawn ray, and phil hernon, that is my ideal bodybuilder.

I have an old friend who use to train in the same gym as Mike.
He said that Mike would ALWAYS lift crazy heavy. No high reps.
