dont have calipers and last time i checked with a shxtty pair at a friends i was about 14% ... sorry for a little blurry but not really flexing, just sucking in some air! do you think i breaking into single digits BF?? thanks

thanks bro appreciate it, had bad surgery on left hip and pelvis and i trying to get legs up now(got some good help and info on main forum in quad thread) and with intense leg workouts i really dont even have to diet or do cardio to keep the fat buring off...i trying to get to 7 or 8% on somewhat of a lean bulk...cant see to much in pic but i carry thick thick skin(by thick i guess nice way of saying fat!) around lower abs and that is what jacked up the % bad when last measured.
 
No, with calipers maybe but Real numbers no. Even the most insane shredded guys on stage are realistically around 7 percent.

Let me give you some advice. Forget about numbers they are irrelevant. I have yet to compete in a contest where on stage there were calipers, tape measures, squat racks, or bench presses. As a matter of fact I haven't been to any public places with all of these things. I swear to you people in the grocery store or your neighborhood tavern don't carry around Calipers or tape measures unless of course they happen to be a seamstress on their lunch break.
 
I agree percent doesnt matter. I think he was just curious. As we have all been at times.

Calipers are retarded. They are only accurate to +/- 4%, so they don't really tell you shit. You should be able to get a better idea than that by looking in the mirror.

This is why I laugh when someone tells me "I'm 7.24 percent bodyfat!" Obviously they don't remember significant digits from math class.

To the original poster: you look somewhere around 12% to me.

yeah, that is why i not even spending the few bucks on them...and why i asked was not that i really dead care on the number, but points in your head that the numbers represent to us all(which could be different cause real bf calcs is tough to come by) like i feel when most get to 10% or lower they def get more body veins visable...i on brink of chest veins and figured i must be creeping up on single digits soon...very slowly as i dont really diet much but soon we'll see...maybe i throw in a quickie diet just to see if i like the difference and care to maintain it
 
You might be leaner than I gave you credit for too, as the pic is very shitty.
