Anyone want to share a 4 days split that they may have used that trains a bodypart twice a week that they really liked and thought worked well for gains.
I just started working out again and have been doing upper lower body. I have done push pull in the past that worked good.The weekend workouts I have been really training hard as possible because the mid week workouts are lighter because time I get out of work and train at 6pm I cant go as hard.
