bodypart twice/4 day split ?

Anyone want to share a 4 days split that they may have used that trains a bodypart twice a week that they really liked and thought worked well for gains.

I just started working out again and have been doing upper lower body. I have done push pull in the past that worked good.The weekend workouts I have been really training hard as possible because the mid week workouts are lighter because time I get out of work and train at 6pm I cant go as hard.

Sat. Lower
Sun. Upper
Wed. Lower
Thurs.Upper
 
I've been under Phil's guidance for this and really like the turnout. I used to be a body part once a week, which worked out well for a while, but I am making nice gains again with Phil's training.
