BOSTON COSMETIC SURGERY CENTER DR EDWIN ISHOO IN JAIL APPARENTLY

So I had gyno surgery a few months short of a year ago at boston cosmetic surgery center. Long story short i wasnt too happy with the surgery.. he left ALOT of the breast tissue in... he said he left 25% still in so my chest wasnt indented ... but most good surgeries i have seen they remove all the breast tissue so the skin sticks directly to the chest muscle and it doesnt look indented. i went back after 6 months for a follow up my chest was still sagging and puffy he gave me injections and said come back in 2 weeks for another injection... he said at this time he would probably have to go back in for another surgery and shave down some more of the breast tissue on one of my chests. That day I set up an apt for 2 weeks out for another injection... 2 weeks go by i show up at the office and its completely empty aside from his assistant. his assistant tells me hes sorry he didnt call me but dr ishoo has a medical emergency and had to leave the country for a couple months the night before and he will be back in 2 months. weeks go by and i continue to periodically call the office to see if i can get anyone on the phone and finally the phone number is disconnect. shortly after the website comes down. the offices are gone and he is nowhere to be found. keep in mind at the time of the consultation before the surgery before i paid he told me all follow up appointments and revision surgeries are completely covered by the one time cost of the surgery.. so i call a lawyer to investigate the whole thing and hopefully get my money back for a 2nd surgery. apparently from what my lawyer discovered this guy has been arrested for domestic assault and battery, breaking and entering, home invasion and more !! the only property he owns is in new mexico and it already has a lean on it. the state board of health and justice department both have this guy under investigation ! also there are multiple lawsuits already filed for people in the same situation as me that he burned.. if anyone out there had surgery by dr. ishoo in the past and is wondering what happened to him now you know !!!!!! If you have any more information on this guy please feel free to add !

sucks for him but sucks for the people he burned ... i at least had my surgery first and only got burned on not having a revision surgery ... many people paid and he vanished before he ever did their surgery ! (especially those who paid cash are completely out of luck it seems)

hes looking into if dr ishoo had any insurance coverage that might pay out for ishoo's misconduct because its looking like filing a lawsuit again ishoo himself, even though i will most likely win, wont produce any cash for me to go get a second surgery because hes more or less broke
