Hi guys, I've searched but it seems the info is kinda all over the place and not much for women in general, I'm well versed with GH and will have her do a low dose alongside but I'm new to the others. I have a friend who reached out to me and I'm looking for the following info:


-Where to inject the BPC and the TB

-At what dosage of each

-What duration of each

-What are the typical sides, if any, just so she is prepared

200mg of bpc daily is common. On tbh 2-5grams a week is common. Both are usually taken for about 6 weeks.

I used tb-500 withGH to repair damaged forearm tendons and a nerve housing that was displaced. I used 500mg injected into each forearm muscle twice a week for 6 weeks. I don’t think it needs to be injected directly into the injured area though, but I figured closer is better.

I just had my distal bicep tendon reattached and I'm using 1mg/day of both. Subq close to the location.
I would do at least 500mcg a day of bpc the whole time and 2-5mg of tb a week; doesn't have to be injected everyday.
No sides.
Tendons take about 8 weeks to heal so I would stay on for 8-10 weeks.

This is exactly what I would do. By the way post up on the progress of your bicep tendon recovery, I'd love to hear how that works out for you.
