branch and Johnnie Jackson are looking icredable and domonating & are acually very impressive from what i see sofar !! the pictures have been
small but Milos and Mayhem have gallaieres up.now not sure about Flexonline..

He weighed 162 getting his pro card and I believe he was 203lbs at the Europa so 40lbs gained in 3 years onto his contest weight. Its nothing Im doing--he is busting his ass trainingwise and at the dinner table

i remember when nasser was ranked as high as 3rd at the olympia, if im not mistaken. and back then i would look at this mountain of junk and think to myself how does a man with a flat, narrow, non-existing back place so high? now that his biceps have discovered synthol (which obviously wasn't done properly hence the lumps you see)all im wondering is why does he continue to compete at his age, when there is nothing left for him to bring to the table? he's sad!!!

Branch is the man i remember the 1st time i saw him in the mags it was like looking at the pic i have in my head of how i want to look he trains the way i love to train heavy free weight hardcore no frills basic and it shows in the way he looks very hard and solid muscles i cant belive how good he look coming back from a bad tricep injury

I was at the show. Luke wasn't in his best condition. He really wasn't that bad out of shape but the competition was pretty tough. I wouldn't say that he should have been top 5. Perhaps top 10. Branch just dominated the show. It was obvious from the very beginning. The guy was hard as nails and extremely full. I was about 20 yards from the stage at the night show and I can't put into words how impressive Branch was and how far ahead he was from everyone else.
