If like me you read carefully MG's posts (you should), you know he's really concerned by health and always try to find some natural ways to minimize possible side effects of our lifestyle. Rereading some of his posts, I noticed he was constanly speaking highly of one, bromelain. So I decided to do a little more research on myself, and indeed it sounded promising. I finally gave it a try, it has now been 3 weeks since I started.
And believe me or not, this enzyme is by far the most potent natural supplement I have ever used... his effects are almost instantaneous and mutiple.
First noticeable is on the digestive track. When you eat a lot, especially protein, you somehow often feel bloated. Well, 3 days and it was gone... my hunger even increased dramatically.
Next: joints. I had been experiencing knee pains for a few months, and nothing seemed to work. 3 weeks on it, and I can now squat again without suffering.
Immune systeme... I feel great while everyone around me is ill and when in such situation I would normally have gotten sick. Stamina really increased.
Not the least: acts dramatically on water retention. Didn't make any changes in diet or anything, but much less puffy. Not that I was really, but I can there's a big difference. I guess that's why docs advise it for oedema treatment.
As far as doses are concerned I don't know how many mgs I exactly take daily, as I buy it in pharmacy here and tabs are dosed at 900 nk (nanokatals). Unable to tell you the equivalence. They recommend 9 tabs a day, I take between 25 and 30.
Really felt like sharing this, as we're always trying to find in exotic compounds the solution to get better, when sometimes it's not in them the key is. At least the key to a better health...
