dude it isnt as simple as you think it is. every persons body is different. what may work for one person wont work for another. so you gotta find out what works for you bro. it took me freakin 5 years to get close to a good diet for bulking steady, and im 23 bro, lots more years to learn. bodybuilding isnt as easy as asking for a cutting diet or bulking diet and what to use. you gotta see what your body can use and handle. i can handle 3g of injects a week but orals are horrible for me when it comes to gyno. some other people are different. i eat rather high complex carbs and fiber and low fat. i eat moderate protein 1g per pound, but that may not work for another person. one thing about bodybuilding is its hard bro, and why we admire the pros. they bust their asses to get the places they are. heck im 260 and still look like a defensive end, lol. i wont look freaky til i hit probably 300+ at 6'4. some other people look different ya know. bodybuilding is a individual sport, and we can give pointers but we cant write out a plan for you to follow because we dont know how your body reacts get it?

i didnt find u. there is no member with the name scheazy that i could find. but jus sit down and put together a diet and see how it works for u. if it works like u want it to then leave it if it doesnt add somethin to it

figure out how many cals and carbs and grams of protein and fats u need or want a day and then sit down and write it out

bingo, if you compete and know it all then you wouldnt be asking questions right? i compete too, big wow, but i know how to cut and bulk, its not like you stay the same weight yearround right?
 
hmm... alot of hating anyways... here is an example of a bulking diet

Meal 1
Breakfast
4 whole eggs and 4 egg whites 1,3
2 cups cooked oatmeal 1,2


Meal 2
Snack
6 oz. canned tuna 3
3 slices whole-wheat bread 3
1 Tbsp. fat-free mayo


Meal 3
Lunch
7 oz. lean ground beef 3
1 cup cooked pasta pasta
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1 cup sliced zucchini


Meal 4
Preworkout
2 scoops whey protein powder with water 3
2 cups cooked oatmeal 3

Meal 5
Postworkout
2 scoops whey protein powder with water 1,3
1 cup rice 1,3

Meal 6
Dinner
6 oz. chicken breast 3
1 large sweet potato 2,4
1 cup broccoli

Meal 7
Bedtime
1/2 cups fat-free cottage cheese 3
1 cup cooked pasta2,4
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce

DAILY TOTALS: 3,769 calories, 363 g protein, 433 g carbs, 69 g fat
