Butt lift!

U defiantly should make it a habit to do squats and lunges. Like above when doing squats go below parallel. This will put more emphasis on your glutz. Good luck.

It all depends on you genetic make up. Do you gain weight in your thighs and ass? Weighted squats,steppers and other movements can make them larger.
I would stick with some weightless movements such as free hand squats,walking lunges, step ups on a bench.
Work up to 100 reps. Vary your foot position on the squats such as a wide stance,meduim,toes pointed in or out. Use big steps and get deep with the walking lunges. Do them outside so you can walk 100yrds. Step ups should be on a bench about 24 inches off the ground. 3 sets of each should do the job.
Workout everyday alternating movements.

Remember diet. You can have a firm butt but hidden under fat.

i would never recommend anyone do squats toes pointed in.
 
Sorry dude i screwed up. After i wrote out i meant to say straight but in just popped into my head. I do not know how the hell you would do that anyway.

Unforturely, Yes if I gain weight it is generally in the ass. Thank you for the info, I'll have to try that.
 
ok this is gonna sound REALLY funny but....

im STILL dieting for a show and my glutes didnt really lean out until i started doing hyperextensions, but modify the form. Round out your lower back, turn ur toes out, press your hips into the bench, dont come all the way up (where your lower back tightens), and squeeze... hits ham/glute tie-ins HARD.

Also give the stepmill a shot, u know the revolving stairs, hits glutes and hams hard also and will lean them out big time. Basicly everything everyone on here said is great info.

Most important attention to detail area id say is the full range of motion, big stretched position (like in a deep lunge or deep squat, or stiff leg dead), midrange is always there, and a good SQUEEZE at the top of the rep (you can only get this on certain exercises like the hyperextension variation i suggested)
 
1 legged squats minimal legs ALL ASS!

sorry but that statment got my attention. I must have read it wrong the first time. anyway ...great pics and don't worry about the glutes, they always work themselves off with a little walking or running on the mill
