nope. im done for the year. i got SPF powerlifting nationals in gatlinburg next weekend the 26th. then a few more over the next few months.

i miss moving the freaky weights, and im alot better at that than lookin pretty!

did u do the coastal? what was your last show? i thought u was doing one around the same time the one in knoxville was in july.
yeah i will be at mr tenn.
i saw thos epics you posted in may. which how was that from?

that was the eastern seaboard in GA. i am going to pittsburg to watch a friend in teen nationals in july.
