For the last couple of years my hct have been borderline high, and only
Went down at the short times that i was completely off.
Last checkup from this week was the higest at 52.8 and was after about a year of
Not going over 200 mg aweek.
I spent alot of time this week going through every thread here about the subject
And other sources.
One idea that came to me and wasnt mentioned anywhere was calcium.
I always knew that calcium interferes with iron absorption. What if,
For every iron containing meal one would add calcium?
Overtime logic says, much less iron will be absorbed and be available for red cell
Production.
Anyone tried that?
I'll appriciate opinions as well.
