In order to get leaner stronger and bigger you need to eat more. Okay about food eating good food only.
Is it bad or good if you eat 1000 calories in one sitting? I heard that if you eat to many calories that it's just going to go to your waste line and be stored for a later day is this true?
So what happened is I eat 600 calories of oatmeal followed by a 400 calorie protein drink?
Then for lunch I eat about 18-20 oz of baked chicken for about 1000 calories is this good or is it a waste or bad? So my question is if you eat good food can you eat to much of it and have it give you belly fat?
