Didn't see any threads on this, maybe I missed it, but here is what I mean.

Im on 2iu ED for my first month, come April I will up it to 3iu, and May to 4iu. My overall goal is a mixture of the 2 different protocols for HGH. I know the ED way is better for spot fat loss, and the 3x/week is more for size. I kinda want both, so I was wondering if something like this come April would work or just be a waste.

M/W/F: 5iu post-workout IM
T/TH/S: 2iu AM Sub-Q

It adds up to 21iu/week which is what I would be doing overall if I did 3iu ED. I am also on 500mg Test E a week, train Mon - Wed, Fri and Sat around 11am if that makes a difference. Any input would be appreciated.

I don't do anything IM post workout, but didn't think slin was 100% necessary. This is just a proposal.
 
5ius pwo im isn't going to much in terms of growth. 5ius is still fat loss.
 
I thought any HGH post workout is going to be more for size then fat loss since its IM not SQ. Any other input??

It doesn't matter if the 5ius is pwo or any other time of the day. It's not a high enough dose to induce hyperplasia. Hyperplasia starts at around 8+ius.

So, I am running 5ius 3x per week, 2.5 before and 2.5 after workout, I wont see any muscle growth or get better recovery??

It's too low a dose to see anything significant. That is why 8+ius is recommended. Also don't split it up like that. Take everything pwo because that is when igf receptors are open.

I heard taking it in the morning when you first wake up is best because your gh levels are at their lowest point of the day. Also, at the dosage I am taking, it will raise collagen synthesis and help my tendons right?

After what you said, I am considering raising my dosages, I would just like to have as much information about it as possible.

For collagen synthesis you don't need that much. Those doses are for muscle hyperplasia. I believe that 5ius a day is plenty for the purposes of collagen synthesis. I had several connective tissue injuries and it seemed as though 3+ius a day was suffient in healing and strengthing them. Hope this helps.
