Didn't see any threads on this, maybe I missed it, but here is what I mean.
Im on 2iu ED for my first month, come April I will up it to 3iu, and May to 4iu. My overall goal is a mixture of the 2 different protocols for HGH. I know the ED way is better for spot fat loss, and the 3x/week is more for size. I kinda want both, so I was wondering if something like this come April would work or just be a waste.
M/W/F: 5iu post-workout IM
T/TH/S: 2iu AM Sub-Q
It adds up to 21iu/week which is what I would be doing overall if I did 3iu ED. I am also on 500mg Test E a week, train Mon - Wed, Fri and Sat around 11am if that makes a difference. Any input would be appreciated.
