I was speaking in general...as in are those staples when it comes to pretty much any kind of training. Whether that be old-school training, cross-fit (or a hybrid thereof), high intensity circuit training, etc. I know, the amounts and the times when using them will differ depending on what you're doing, what your goals are, etc, but I was wondering what people's opinions are in regard to whether or not they are a necessity regardless.
I personally use Glycofuse and AminoLast...I also use HumaPro.
