Who here has used in a gaining phase? I’m aware of the benefits and makes more sense during a caloric deficit/cut, but curious what others think about using on a caloric surplus?

I've used it on and off this whole time I've been in a surplus. Not so much for endurance....but for the lipid benefits it's supposed to have.

I get bloods on the 7th of the month....so I'm interested in seeing what things look like since my last blood work was 30+lbs ago!

But I train with very minimal rest between sets (30 seconds or less)...and could see a difference with it included.

Yeah....when I first started back gaining weight after my injury....I was 163 lbs. I've used 2 cycles of Cardarine through the last 6-8 months of gaining. Sitting about 195lbs in the morning....and around 201lbs in the evening after eating all day.

But I'm going to start cutting back a little to tighten up once the primo is kicking full force!

Nice! That’s a good amount of muscle to gain.
I’m slowly cutting back on calories but i just don’t want to give up bread yet. 🍞

I love bread....just have to be moderate with it!

Piping hot fresh bread with some olive oil and cracked black pepper for dipping.....drool......!!!!

Yeah....jumped right in at 20mg daily for 50 day cycles. Took a small break ...and then repeated.

I'm interested in seeing how my LDL and Triglycerides numbers look after putting away the amount of food I have been eating.

I have always had naturally high HDL levels...so I will see if there is an impact there as well.
