I plan on getting one closer to my 40s. A friend of mine went to India and paid 1200 Canadian so not even 900 USD. Its crazy cheap in other parts of the world.

have you tried ru58841 to eliminate the androgenic effects of compounds like masteron, (or even lower dosed tren) which a 5 ar inhibitor supposed to not inhibit?

These days, I'm a low dose TRT only so the hormone level isn't a huge factor.
.5mg dutasteride 1-2x a week and I barely see any hair strands on my bathroom counter, which is my un-precise way of monitoring shedding. I'm going to give this protocol a year and then make a decision on the transplant.

I’m using a topical mixture that I make myself ofof Minox, crushed finasteride, and RU58841. I’m three months in and I could not be happier with the results. My hair started thining about five years ago when I started TRT. I never thought I would have to worry about going bald. I had hair so thick you couldn’t even run your fingers through it. I think I caught it just in the nick of time. I use the solution that I mix together topically only two times daily and I take a one day per week break. I also soak my hair and scalp in Jamaican black castor oil once per week. I’d say 50% of my hair loss is already returning.
