I'm just getting into peptides and trying to get all the knowledge I can and how to best apply their use for maximum results.I got the following ones to use: GHRP-2, GHRP-6, HEXARELIN, CJC-1295 W/ DAC and also w/o DAC.So what is the best combinations to use:
1)In the morning upon waking?(say for cardio in a fasted state)
2)Pre-workout(for musclebuilding or fat loss)
3)Post-workout(obviously for muscle building)
4)Before bed (I also take melatonan)
So far from my few days of use i noticed lethargy from one of the two..cjc-1295 w/o dac or ghrp-2
My main goal is one that is in most opinions very difficult if not impossible..to gain muscle while losing fat.
My current physical stats are:
6'0
215
about 10% bodyfat
rep 225 21x
I'm open to all opinions and advice on this subject and i'm sorry if this is a common post..I am a newbie.
