I just swithed my workout and bet to see if it would make a difference an mannn did it..Most people say 2 do back and bi's..chest and tri's but I do chest one day back the next and hit arms on its own day, I did keep the number of exercises low and sets..but man I put up like 20 pounds more cause I felt fresh and my arms weren't fatigued after hitting chest or back...I am gonna try this out and see what happens..>WOOHOO
