Changes at IM and new mods

I am posting this not only for mod positions but for anyone that may be interested in getting in on the roundtable that will be picking up in January (at the latest). I want diverse opinions and the ability to not just have everyone agree. Mutual respect is vitally important but when we all agree it makes for boring debates.

I am going to be going through my current roundtable experts and shitcanning some that just aren't around anymore and I am looking to add some energetic and motivated people that can commit to contributing to IM and the debates/topics. Your status as a member would be "Roundtable Expert".

Phil, I would love for you to stay on as an expert but I would need you to be active in the debates and topics. Let me know if you are interested in staying on or if you are just too busy with other things right now.
