If you scroll thru the thread linked above you'll find a series of training seminars that Dorian Yates recently did. There's a section on chest, a section on back, one on legs, another on delts, and also one on arms.
There's a lot of great knowledge shared but what strikes me the most is Dorian's disposition the whole time - he's always covered up, humble, respectful, laid back, and down to earth, but also very straight forward, professional, and with a "no bullshit" attitude.
Maybe it's a British thing.. because I don't see much of it here in the states.
Seems like a cool guy to hang out with.
