Look great Chris. I can see improvements. I was going to do the Jr Nationals this year but I think I will hold off another year. I started working with DC the first of the year at 205 and almost to 220 right now. Do you still train dc style? Good luck brother.

Big Bapper- I do the 3 way split...Chest, delt, tris on day 1, Bicep and Back on day 2 and calf, hams and quads on the 3rd day...
