I have been taking Clen for over a week now and have been taking 2 days on and 2 days off, I started off with 25mg and have not gone up but when I come home from work I am just exhausted like all of my energy was used up during the day. I'm so tired I don't even want to go to the gym and that is not like me at all.
Should i increase my dose a bit, what is the correct way to cycle clen.
 
There are a lot of other factors that can zap your energy. If you are low carbing, lack of sleep, stress, etc. It would help if you posted a little more information. Are you preparing for a competition? What is your diet like?

i crash really hard from clen - so i take it immediately prior to a workout (which some people can't do, as it causes there blood pressure to sky rocket ..) i always do in the evenings right after work and by the time i'm done, i can eat, and go home and sleep the rest of the symptoms off. I never sleep soundly, so ... being a bit twitchy is natural for me! ;)


but i know people that can take it right before bed, and sleep soundly.

i guess it's finding what works for you.
 
SOBO I HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS.I WAS SO TIRED AND USUALLY HAD A HEADACHE AT NIGHT,SO I STARTED TAKING IT RIGHT BEFORE LUNCH. THAT SEEMS TO HELP ALOT
 
Thanks for the advice. No I am not preparing for a competition just trying to lose a few unwanted pounds. Here is what my diet looks like:

5:00AM Cardio AM 30 Minutes
6:00AM Protein Shake
9:00AM when I get to work 1 cup of plain oatmeal
12:00PM 3-4oz of chicken w/veggies usually broccoli or green beans and 15 almonds
3:00PM 3-4oz of chicken/steak/fish w/veggies and flax seed pill
6:00PM 3oz of chicken/steak/fish w/brown rice and veggies
9:00PM Sugar Free Popsicle

Should I ever increase my dose of clen or should I just stay the same? I have also been told to take either an ECA stack on my off days or Benadryl, any suggestions? I'm also not sure if 2 days on and 2 days off is more effective ??
 
Girl... no wonder you don't have any energy... you aren't getting any complex carbs until 6:00 pm. Wait... sorry I just saw the oatmeal. What are you using to mix your protein shake with water or milk?

I think it's better to get a complex car at breakfast because it sets you metabolism for the day and give you energy to start your day. You should always get carbs in the morning if nothing else... it will be burned off by the end of the day. If you have been going a long time with low carbs, then you metabolism may have slowed down... I would suggest adding some carbs in for a couple of weeks. This happened to me once. I had my carbs too low for too long. I added complex carbs in and start losing again. Also... eliminate the complex carbs after 6:00 pm and just eat fibrous carbs.

My suggestion:

5:00AM Cardio AM 30 Minutes
6:00AM Egg whites (1 whole egg) with complex carb (oatmeal, potatoes, etc.)
9:00AM 1 cup of plain oatmeal w/ scoop of protein powder or protein drink mixed with water
12:00PM 3-4oz of chicken w/veggies usually broccoli or green beans and 15 almonds
3:00PM 3-4oz of chicken/steak/fish w/veggies, brown rice, and flax seed pill
6:00PM 3oz of chicken/steak/fish and veggies
9:00PM Sugar Free Popsicle or SF Jello
