Girl... no wonder you don't have any energy... you aren't getting any complex carbs until 6:00 pm. Wait... sorry I just saw the oatmeal. What are you using to mix your protein shake with water or milk?
I think it's better to get a complex car at breakfast because it sets you metabolism for the day and give you energy to start your day. You should always get carbs in the morning if nothing else... it will be burned off by the end of the day. If you have been going a long time with low carbs, then you metabolism may have slowed down... I would suggest adding some carbs in for a couple of weeks. This happened to me once. I had my carbs too low for too long. I added complex carbs in and start losing again. Also... eliminate the complex carbs after 6:00 pm and just eat fibrous carbs.
My suggestion:
5:00AM Cardio AM 30 Minutes
6:00AM Egg whites (1 whole egg) with complex carb (oatmeal, potatoes, etc.)
9:00AM 1 cup of plain oatmeal w/ scoop of protein powder or protein drink mixed with water
12:00PM 3-4oz of chicken w/veggies usually broccoli or green beans and 15 almonds
3:00PM 3-4oz of chicken/steak/fish w/veggies, brown rice, and flax seed pill
6:00PM 3oz of chicken/steak/fish and veggies
9:00PM Sugar Free Popsicle or SF Jello
