Clenbeuterol??

Alright here is the scenerio. A friend of mine has gotten some Clenbeuterol in the syrup for ("The Pump"). He doesnt workout at all and is very over weight. Now this is how I explained for him to take it but like I said he doesnt exercise at all and as for his diet, well thats another issue of its own. Main thing here is to have him lose some weight so that he doesnt think it's fake or anything.

Here is the schedule:

Days 1-3: Take 1cc every 4 hours, 3 times per day
Days 4-6: Take 2cc every 4 hours, 3 times per day
Day 7-10: Take 3cc every 4 hours, 3 times per day

* Take 7 days off then repeat*

Whats your suggestions on this guys??

Alin is absolutely right about the exercise. At least get the guy to take a walk or something. Hang a cheeseburger in front of his nose and tie a crocodile to his ass if you have to. ;)

With regards to the clen schedule, the first time someone tries it, it's important to ramp up slowly to avoid the shakes. I'm not sure what the dosage is for the syrup, but I think 120 mcg/day is the max. I'd rather see a smoother ramp than what you're showing. Try to increase a little bit every day from 20 mcg to 120 mcg. Also two divided doses is enough, just don't let him take any after 2:00pm or probably won't sleep.

The seven days off is right. Another good idea with clen is two days on, one day off after you've ramped up to 120 mcg/day.

For the second set, it's not necessary to ramp up again. His body should be used to the feeling of clen by then, so he can jump right in with 120 mcg/day in two divided doses. Then go with the 2 on, 1 off technique to conserve clen and stretch out the cycle.

I think it is a good idea to combine clen with T3. Your friend will get much better results with the combination.

And for heaven's sake, put him on the treadmill for 20 min, 3 times/week.
