Great overall shape, sick tear drop on quads. Not a fan of the big posing trunks from the rear, looks to have good glutes, but can't tell in that pair of trunks.

Thanks for the kind words everyone... I hired Phil last year to help me get ready for a show, and in just the short 16 weeks we worked together, he totally transfomed my body. We've now been working together for a little over a year, and for this upcoming show it is looking like I am going to weigh in around 15-18 pounds heavier than I did last year and in even better condition! It is just crazy for me because I looked the same way year after year for YEARS... maybe gaining a pound or 2 a year.

I eat when hungry, use LOTS and LOTS of LBA's, and primary carb sources are from fruits. I am only doing about 15 minutes of cardio a day where as in the past at 6 weeks out I would be starting double cardio sessions.

I highly recommend hiring Phil if the traditional methods are just not working for you. You just have to close your eyes and trust him. That is what I did, and I will NEVER go back. I am a Phil Hernon lifer! lol
