Client Transformation, 2 years and 60lbs of LBM gained.

He is 6'4" 135lbs in this first set of photos and 195lbs at lower body fat in the final set. He is definitely one my hardest working in-person clients. This final set was with no core or cardio work.

Well his goal was to just lean bulk, he is not a bodybuilder or athlete just some one wanting to get in better shape. I have about 1.5 years worth of consistent in person, sit down time, and on paper goal planning with him. According to him I think he has exceeding has expectations but always still has strong belief into his potential.

His plan now is to step into the field of fitness modeling, for those who have negative feedback, work has already presented it self, where we seem to be in control of that desire at this point.

For me my plans are just to continue what I do, which is personal train. My MuscleTech contract is still valid until Dec 31st 2010 so I also would be pleased to renew it, but other options also exist.
